A new documentary about legendary broadcaster Barbara Walters is now streaming following its premiere at the Tribeca Festival earlier this month.
“Barbara Walters: Tell Me Everything” debuted on Hulu today, June 23. The doc comes from producers Ron Howard and Brian Grazer, and director Jackie Jesko, who is also a journalist.
The documentary follows Walters’ groundbreaking career and personal life as she made history as a woman in a male-dominated field. In her own words, Walters “also reflects on the high price of fame and the legacy she hoped to inspire.”
Walters became the first female co-anchor of an evening news program in 1976 and went on to produce and co-host “20/20” and for 17 years, she co-hosted “The View,” which she also created. Walters died at the age of 93 in 2022.
