Nicholas Braun was reportedly arrested on a DUI charge over the Labor Day weekend in New Hampshire.
The “Succession” star, 37, was pulled over by police in Moultonborough, NH, on Saturday, Aug. 30, according to TMZ.
Braun was held in Carroll County jail for about one hour and released on his own recognizance, per the outlet.
Although no bail was set, the “Sky High” actor will reportedly have to return for an upcoming court date.
Additionally, Braun was reportedly not subjected to a mugshot because the department’s police camera was not working at the time of the actor’s booking.
Braun’s reps did not immediately respond to noti.group’s request for comment.
Braun starred as Roy family lackey Cousin Greg in “Succession” for all five seasons of the hit HBO series from 2018 to 2023.
His role as the great-nephew of Logan Roy (Brian Cox) earned Braun three Emmy nominations for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama Series during the show’s five-year run.
But following the “Succession” series finale in May 2023, the actor admitted that he couldn’t believe his time on the show was over.
“We’ve been doing it for so long it feels like: Of course we’ll be doing more; I’m sure we have a start date coming up where we’ll be filming again,” he told The Hollywood Reporter at the time.
“That isn’t true,” Braun continued. “So I’m kind of adjusting to the fact that’s it. I feel so proud of the show and the finale. I just really feel a sense of pride and gratitude about it all.”
