It is time — it is, frankly, beyond time.

It is time for St. John’s to rise to the moment. Time to come up big. Time to answer the bell.

Mostly, this team has come up short so far this season, most recently in Saturday’s ugly loss to Providence at the Garden in which it blew three different leads of double figures.

As Yogi Berra might say, it’s getting late early. It is now January, and the Johnnies not only have just one Quad 1 win, but now have a Quad 3 loss.
