New York City is going all out for Hip Hop’s 50th anniversary this summer.
First up, Run DMC, Snoop Dogg, Lil Wayne, Ice Cube, the Sugarhill Gang and so many more will ring in the half century celebration at Yankee Stadium on Friday, Aug. 11.
Then, a little over a month later, Mariah Carey, Wu-Tang Clan and Mary J. Blige will headline at NYC’s Madison Square Garden to ring in the half century of hits at the star-studded Hip Hop Forever 50th Anniversary concert on Friday, Sept. 15.
They’ll be joined by fellow legends Maxwell, EPMD, Tyrese and Sean Paul at the one-night-only event curated by Funk Flex.
And if you need tickets to what will surely be one of the hottest shows of the year, we’ve got your back.
Although inventory isn’t available on Ticketmaster until Friday, June 16, fans who want to ensure they have tickets ahead of time can purchase on sites like Vivid Seats before tickets are officially on sale.
Vivid Seats is a secondary market ticketing platform, and prices may be higher or lower than face value, depending on demand.
They have a 100% buyer guarantee that states your transaction will be safe and secure and will be delivered before the event.
