Ryan Seacrest’s fans have opinions on his thin body.

The “Wheel of Fortune” host, 50, sparked concern on social media over his “frail” figure in photos shared on Instagram Monday.

In the first picture, Seacrest showed off his slim body as he posed outside in a beige button-up shirt with matching pants and a belt.

Seacrest also shared images of his toned legs strapped to ankle weights and of him holding dumbbells during an outdoor workout.

Other photos featured Seacrest taking a selfie in a fedora and sunglasses, wearing his pajamas while cooking in the kitchen and lounging outside next to his dog.

In the comments, Seacrest’s followers expressed their concern for his well-being.

“He looks frail to me. I hope he’s doing ok,” one fan wrote.

“Ryan you okay my friend? You look so sad.. not your normal posts, hope you’re doing well,” another said.

A third person remarked, “Ryan you’re getting too skinny.”

“Please tell me your not on the skinny drugs too. you looked great before!” a different comment read, referring to Hollywood’s worst-kept weight loss secret, Ozempic.

Someone else added, “Ryan I adore you but you are looking too thin. Sometimes being too thin can age a person.”

“You need to eat more. Way too thin IMO,” another fan warned.

However, other fans defended Seacrest from the critical comments.

“I just think it’s rude to tell someone they are too skinny. Be positive and encouraging y’all,” one follower said.

Another added, “Looking good Ryan!!”

“It is not ok to comment on someone’s body,” a different account noted. “He is a real human who has feelings and ages and CHANGES. Your concern for him is laced in judgement [sic] and is just plain rude.”

The Post has reached out to Seacrest’s rep for comment.

Despite the concerns, an insider shared that the TV host’s figure is nothing to be worried about.

A source close to the star told The Post, “Ryan has recently been doing a new workout routine – working out with a new trainer, Dodd Romero, combined with Pilates and yoga for the first time. That’s created a visible change.”

“He’s also been enjoying vacation time this summer and eating lots of pasta,” the insider added.

Seacrest shared photos of himself making pasta in Europe a few days ago, with the caption, “Little time off for a pasta making lesson with my pal @brunellocucinelli; featuring a pot that’s a monument to carbs.”

In 2023, Seacrest opened up about his health routine, which includes getting plenty of sleep and having coffee every morning.

“I have a shot of olive oil in the morning before my coffee every day,” he told People. “I find that that actually helps with weight loss and helps with your inflammation, helps with all the different systems in your body.”

Seacrest also said he maintains a healthy Mediterranean diet that includes “vegetables, fish, and salad.”

“I don’t eat a ton of meat,” he shared, adding, “I certainly am not that hard on myself, but I try on a normal basis to stick to the Mediterranean diet.”

Seacrest took over hosting “Wheel of Fortune” after Pat Sajak’s retirement in Sept. He also hosts “American Idol” and his KIIS-FM radio show, “On Air With Ryan Seacrest.”
