Wednesday’s and Thursday’s ballgames at Truist Park in Atlanta have been postponed, noti.group’s Joel Sherman and Mike Puma reported.
The plan is now to play the games Monday as a doubleheader.
Thursday’s forecast looks rough with Hurricane Helene coming up the southeastern portion of the U.S.
The Mets, one game up on Atlanta for the final wild-card spot, are slated to play three games in Milwaukee this weekend.
