The Garden was Eden for Rangers fans on Friday — and also a little bonkers.
Barclay Goodrow sent the Blueshirts faithful into a frenzy when he scored the game-winning goal in Game 2 of the Eastern Conference Final against the Panthers to even up the series at one apiece.
After Goodrow took the shot from the middle of the slot and wristed it past the blocker of Florida netminder Sergei Bobrovsky, the 18,006 at the World’s Most Famous Arena all exalted and waved their rally towels simultaneously — with the noise of their voices deafening.
As fans poured out of the arena on cloud nine, they started chanting about what their real aspirations are.
“We want the Cup, we want the Cup!” many blue-and-red clad fans yelled as they walked out of the arena with an extra pep in their steps.
Supporters everywhere, including at the bar American Whiskey not too far from MSG, were enraptured by the much-needed overtime goal for their beloved team.
The scene at American Whiskey rivaled that of the home arena, with fans hugging, clapping and jumping up and down as the sound of the goal horn and famous “Slapshot” song were blasted out loud.

Amid the din at the bar, a life-size Rangers cutout was lifted up in jubilation.
Now, the series shifts to Florida for Game 3, but Rangers fans will likely soak this one in a little longer.
