Shaun Weiss is leading the charge to help Tylor Chase.

The 47-year-old “Mighty Ducks” star, who previously battled addiction, shared an Instagram video Monday offering to help Chase, the former “Ned’s Declassified School Survival Guide” actor who is now homeless.

“I have received many messages about Tylor Chase. I reached out to some friends of mine, and we have a bed for him at a detox, and we have a place for him to go and get long-term treatment,” Weiss shared in the clip, adding that Chase can go to Eleven 11 Recovery center in San Clemente, Calif.

But as Weiss noted, Chase has to be found first.

“All we need to do now is find him. I’m not in Los Angeles, or I would go look for him myself,” Weiss told his followers.

“If anybody could go get a face-to-face with Tylor, please DM me so we can get him some help in time for the holiday,” he added.

Weiss starred as goalie Greg Goldberg in the three “Mighty Ducks” films that were released between 1992 and 1996. He also appeared in TV shows like “Sabrina, the Teenage Witch,” “Boy Meets World” and “Freaks and Geeks.”

In 2018, the former child star entered rehab after several drug-related arrests. He got arrested again in 2020 for residential burglary while high on meth, which led to him getting sober that year.

“When you have, you know, stories about you on the news and the narrative really isn’t correct, there was nothing I could do about it from a jail cell,” he said on the “Pod Meets World” podcast in April while discussing his sobriety. “So I had to decide to surrender early on which ended up being a major benefit in the 12-step program.”

Weiss also revealed that not acting made his addiction worse.

“When the life of being in movies and television, when that disappeared, I think boredom really became something that was very hard for me to deal with,” he shared. “It definitely created a an enormous void that I had difficulty filling, So, it definitely affected me and definitely was a big deal, but maybe not in like the traditional way that people might assume.”

Chase, who played Martin Qwerly on “Ned’s Declassified School Survival Guide” from 2004 to 2007, was seen living on the streets of Riverside, Calif. in a heartbreaking clip originally shared in September.

The former actor appeared extremely disheveled as he interacted with a fan in the footage.

Riverside Police Department confirmed to TMZ that Chase has been denying help including temporary shelter, drug and alcohol treatment and mental health services.

They added that officers are familiar with Chase and interact with him at least once a week.

The viral video even caught the attention of Chase’s former co-stars Devon Werkheiser, Lindsey Shaw and Daniel Curtis Lee, who spoke out about his struggles on their podcast.

“It was a lot to process for me,” said Lee. “After I was angry at the people who were filming it, I was upset with myself in that I feel powerless. I feel like there’s not much I can do,” he added.

Shaw, who previously battled drug addiction, admitted, “I’ve been somebody like that.”
