Netflix staffers who worked with Meghan Markle on her new show, “With Love, Meghan,” have shared their experience of working with the duchess.

The Duchess of Sussex, 43, last week celebrated the release of the show on the platform, which has already been renewed for Season 2.

Hot on the heels of its success, an unnamed staffer told People that the former working royal made everyone on set feel part of the project, despite initially expecting to be “invisible.”

“She made sure everyone felt included, from Netflix executives to our director to every PA on set. No one was left out,” he told the outlet.

“Most of the time, we’re expected to fade into the background, to be invisible. But in this show, we were part of it. We were included. It was a very unique and refreshing experience.”

The staffer also shared a sweet moment between him and the “Suits” alum that made him “feel seen.”

“During a break in filming, Meghan asked everyone about their favorite cocktails. I shared that I gave up drinking when I became a father, so I’ve been sober for almost 14 years,” the crew member shared.

Days later, the mom of two surprised him by mentioning how much she respected his commitment to ditch the booze.

“Meghan made us feel seen,” he added.

In her cover story with the outlet earlier this month, Markle, 43, detailed the “communal” experience she had working with everyone behind the scenes.

“It feels as though we’re just spending time together, which is what it ended up being,” she told the outlet.

Elsewhere, Michael Steed, the director of “With Love, Meghan,” detailed his experience of working with the duchess. JUSTIN COIT/NETFLIX

“I’d make a recipe and say, ‘Everyone try this,’ and there are certain dishes where you just watch everyone flock in. I’d say, ‘We’ve run out of spoons!’ It ended up feeling so communal, and that’s the spirit of the show.”

Elsewhere, Michael Steed, the director of “With Love, Meghan,” detailed his experience of working with the duchess on the show, during which he sporadically appeared on camera.

“Everyone has their own version of her, but she’s just someone who’s constantly hustling and working,” he told the outlet, referencing negative claims previously made by Markle’s alleged former staffers.

“Her cooking is pretty spot-on. She’s not a chef, and it’s definitely not meant to make it seem like she is, but there’s just a love of cooking that is palpable.”

The glowing reviews from Netflix staffers contradicts previous claims made by Markle’s alleged former employees, who made various negative remarks about working with her.

Last month, a royal staffer told the Times of London that staffers referred to Markle as “Duchess of Difficult.”

“She could be difficult because she was finding life difficult — trying to feel her way and work out the intricacies of a positively medieval, labyrinthine system,” an anonymous palace staffer told the outlet.

In September, the Sussexes were slapped with a series of derogatory reviews from several unnamed former staffers, who told the Hollywood Reporter they were “terrified” of her, while others called her a “dictator in heels.”

The scathing report, which also claimed that Markle “belittled people,” prompted other staffers to speak out in defense of Markle in an interview with Us Weekly.

“Best bosses I have ever had,” one current team member said of working with the Sussexes.
