FOXBOROUGH, Mass. — Justin Fields didn’t have Garrett Wilson on the field with him against the Patriots on Thursday night.
But at least he did have Breece Hall.
Hall continued his quest to find a home where he is wanted with free agency looming with a bullseye on his No. 20 jersey. With Wilson sidelined, the smart money was on Patriots coach Mike Vrabel daring Fields to beat him.
“I think I can be a threat as a receiver, as a runner, with the best of them,” Hall told The Post recently. “I always say I don’t need 20 carries, I just need 20 touches, so whatever way you can get me the ball, that’s what I want.”
