After going 3-0 in their non-conference schedule, the Nebraska Cornhuskers’ first big test is here. The Huskers will open Big Ten play this afternoon against the Michigan Wolverines.
The Wolverines have also not faced a Big Ten opponent yet this season but they’ve gone 2-1 in non-conference games, following up a Week 2 loss to Oklahoma with a big 63-3 win over Central Michigan last weekend.
The Cornhuskers opened their season with a close 20-17 win over Cincinnati, and followed that up with a shutout victory over Akron and a 59-7 win over Houston Christian.
