Today’s NFL Sunday is coming to an end with a marquee matchup: a rematch of the 2025 Super Bowl between the Philadelphia Eagles and the Kansas City Chiefs.

In their last meeting, the Eagles never faced a deficit, up 24-0 at halftime. Despite a comeback effort by Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs, their 22-point second half wasn’t enough to keep the Eagles at bay. The Eagles won Super Bowl LIX, 40-22.

Last week, the Eagles jumped to 1-0 early by holding off the Cowboys to win the first game of the 2025 season 24-20. In Brazil, the Chiefs fell to the Chargers, 27-21. Andy Reid’s squad hasn’t started a new season 0-2 since 2014.

Eagles vs. Chiefs: what to know

  • When: Sept. 14, 4:25 p.m. ET
  • Where: GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium (Kansas City, Missouri)
  • Channel: FOX
  • Streaming: DIRECTV (try it free)

It’s likely that Taylor Swift will be making an appearance at her first game of the season, too; last season, Swift attended 15 Chiefs games, including the Super Bowl. On August 26, Swift and Chiefs star Travis Kelce announced their engagement in a joint Instagram post.

This Super Bowl rematch will be airing nationally; here’s how to watch the game without cable.

Eagles vs. Chiefs time:

Eagles vs. Chiefs kicks off at 4:25 p.m. ET today, Sept. 14.

How to watch Eagles vs. Chiefs for free:

If you don’t have cable, you’ll need a live TV streaming service to stream today’s Eagles vs. Chiefs game for free. One option we love is DIRECTV, which comes with five days free and starts at $49.99/month, with plenty of subscription options and genre packs that include local FOX.

The game will also stream live on FOX ONE, the new streaming service from FOX. FOX ONE comes with a seven-day free trial before $19.99/month payments begin.

Hulu + Live TV is another service that includes FOX in its three-day free trial package.
