A college hockey program playing in its first-ever Frozen Four will go up against one of the most storied names in college hockey in the NCAA national championship game tonight.
The Western Michigan Broncos are having a banner season, winning both its conference and conference tournament for the first time and reaching the Frozen Four for the first time in 10 total NCAA tournament appearances.
The Broncos will play the Boston University Terriers, who have won the tournament five times, with the last being in 2009. This game will be the fifth time the two teams meet; Boston University has won all four previous games.
