Ford Motor Company on Wednesday revealed its latest models – and they drive on only two wheels.

The Detroit motor giant launched three new e-bikes inspired by their top-selling Bronco and Mustang cars in collaboration with bike company N+.

The e-bikes can accelerate to a top speed of 28 mph with about 60 miles of range, depending on the cyclist’s driving style and how much power they use.

The Bronco e-bike starts at $4,500. Customers can pay an additional $390 to have it painted in one of the 10 other paint colors besides the standard Area 51.

The Mustang e-bike starts at $4,000, and customers can also pay the extra fee for a paint color besides metallic gray.

“These new eBikes will allow more people to experience the adventurous spirit of a Bronco and the exhilaration of a Mustang from the moment they grip the handlebars,” Tyler Hill, Ford’s global brand licensing manager, said in a statement.

While not the first major car company to introduce e-bikes – General Motors, Porsche and Jeep have all developed e-bikes in the past – Ford does seem to be the first automaker to model the e-bikes after its legacy cars.

Along with the Bronco bike and Mustang bike, a limited-edition Mustang 60th Anniversary bike will be available at Ford dealerships.

All of the new Ford e-bikes offer a 750W hub motor that provides 85 Nm of torque.

The e-bikes feature four-piston hydraulic brakes for “superior braking performance” and “enhanced control,” Ford said.

They will come equipped with center-mounted LCDs that show live information on speed, battery life and range.

And they can fully charge in three and a half hours, according to the automaker.

Much like the Bronco SUV, the rugged Bronco e-bike is built for adventure and rocky terrain.

It features a dual-suspension system Ford calls “GOAT,” short for “Goes Over Any Type of Terrain,” as well as a motorcycle-inspired saddle.

The Bronco e-bike rides on Pirelli Scorpion Enduro M hardwall 2.75 x 2.6-inch tires.

Meanwhile, the Mustang e-bike’s biggest draw is its cool, sleek look. It was made to “[mimic] the iconic sports car,” Ford said.

The Mustang e-bike features Pirelli Angel GT semi-slick tires.
