The Domino Sugar plant, where workmen once toiled over molasses-drenched pipes and vats, will soon generate a healthier brand of sweat.

Developer Two Trees has teamed up with pre-eminent luxury fitness brand Equinox to launch a 42,000 square-foot gym and health club at the former refinery on the Williamsburg waterfront, Realty Check has learned.

The Refinery is the centerpiece of developer Two Trees’ 11-acre complex with apartments, offices, stores and a popular park.

The Refinery has been converted to state-of-the-art offices inside a glass box within the 19th Century structure’s landmarked, brick-and-masonry shell.

Equinox is the first signed lease at the building.

The club is to open in the fall of 2024.

It will doubtless draw the Domino complex’s thousands of residents as well as employees of companies Two Trees hopes to lure to the Refinery’s 460,000 square feet of offices.

Equinox Fitness has more than 40 New York City locations. It is a major brand of Equinox Group, the luxury fitness and lifestyle company which also operates hotels and the SoulCycle chain.
