Davante Adams says he has no regrets.
The star wide receiver forced his way out of Las Vegas this season and the ended up joining the Jets and his good friend Aaron Rodgers. The Adams trade on Oct. 15 was supposed to turn things around for the Jets.
Instead, the Jets are 1-5 with Adams.
“Extremely disappointed in the win-loss column,” Adams said Wednesday. “As far as making the move, I don’t regret it, not even one bit. Nobody in here, nobody really, period, knows what I was going through, knows the reasons why it had to be this way. I don’t regret it at all. Got to come here and become a part of a new team. Got welcomed with open arms, got to play with one of my favorite quarterbacks, one of my best friends.”
