Shannon Kobylarczyk, a Brewers fan who said “let’s call ICE” on a Latino Dodgers fan at Game 2 of the National League Championship Series, has been fired from her job, according to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.

Kobylarczyk, who worked for ManpowerGroup, also resigned from her role on the Make-A-Wish Wisconsin board of directors, the outlet added.

The incident unfolded Tuesday night, when Ricardo Fosado — a Los Angeles resident on a business trip in Chicago, according to the Journal Sentinel — started recording a video and asked “why is everybody quiet” twice.

Shannon Kobylarczyk was fired from her job after saying to “call ICE” on a Dodgers fan at Game 2 of the NLCS.

“Real men drink beer, p—y,” Kobylarczyk shouted, before Fosado asked again why Brewers fans were so quiet.

“You know what,” Kobylarczyk said while tapping on the shoulder of another Milwaukee fan in front of her, “Call ICE,” referring to the United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

Warning: Graphic Language

“Call ICE,” Fosado repeated back, as he continued to record, according to the video that circulated online. “Call ICE. I’m a U.S. citizen. War veteran, baby girl. War veteran. Two wars.

“ICE is not gonna do nothing to me. Good luck. Good luck. Good luck. Call them. Call them. F–king idiot.”

Shannon Kobylarczyk, a woman with short blonde hair and glasses, wearing a blue and yellow hoodie, looks towards the camera with her mouth open as if speaking.

Fosado, who is of Mexican heritage and served in the Navy from 2001-05, told the outlet that Kobylarczyk “made a mistake” during the incident, and he said in a separate interview with Fox 6 that she “showed us what she really thinks.”

“I don’t think it was like horrible or something that should get her fired. I feel bad for her,” Fosado told the Journal Sentinel. “We cannot be judged on one mistake and a lot of emotions were involved. It was just hurt feelings, nobody physically hurt anybody.”

Kobylarczyk reported Fosado to security following the incident, and he was escorted out of American Family Field, according to the Journal Sentinel.

ManpowerGroup said in a statement on Instagram that “the employee is no longer with the organization” after initially being placed on immediate leave and following an investigation.

The Dodgers won both games in Milwaukee — including a 5-1 victory in Game 2 — to start the NLCS, and they’ll have a chance to take a commanding 3-0 series lead Thursday night in Los Angeles.
