It should be quite a spectacle at Citizens Bank Park on Saturday as Ohtani makes his MLB Playoff pitching debut.
Ohtani has already made an impact with his bat this October, clubbing two home runs in two games against the Reds, but now he’ll look to prove himself as a playoff pitcher.
Sanchez was terrific in 2025, but he’s only got 7 1/3 innings of playoff experience, so we’ll see if he can hold his nerve against one of the best lineups in baseball.
