Beloved HGTV star Hilary Farr shut down “devastating” health rumors after an AI-generated post sparked panic — by popping up in a playful Instagram video with a cheerful “Ta daaa!”

The 74-year-old “Love It or List It” interior designer reassured fans she’s “alive and well” after bogus AI images of her in an oxygen mask went viral, paired with an explosive caption claiming the doctor treating her “cancer” announced she might not “make it” or appear on TV again.

“Ta daaa. I’m alive, very, very, very much so alive and well, I’m happy to say,” the Canadian-British TV personality quipped in a cheeky Wednesday video, appearing in front of the phony news report.

The 74-year-old interior designer reassured fans she’s “alive and well” after AI images of her went viral.

“So, look at this thing, really?” Farr added, roasting the images, calling it “crazy, AI stuff.”

“It’s so badly done. I hope none of you would really take any of this seriously and realize it is just fake beyond words,” she told her more than 318,000 followers.

The bogus images showed Farr in an oxygen mask, with a caption claiming she wasn’t going to “make it.”

“Well, I’m here to prove that. So, just checking in. All’s good with me, hope all’s good with you.”

Relieved fans poured into the comments, applauding her for calling out AI-generated scams and gushing over how fabulous and healthy she looks.

“Thank God you are healthy and thank you for setting the record straight!” one fan wrote, wishing her and her family happy holidays.

Another wrote, “Nice to see you! This AI stuff is getting old and out of hand! So happy you’re addressing it! Enjoy your Thanksgiving weekend.”

Farr, 74, has been open about her health struggles after being diagnosed with breast cancer in 2014. FilmMagic

“I’m so happy you’re good!” another admirer raved, adding, “It would break my heart to hear any of that was true. Rock on Hilary.”

The “Love It or List It” star had previously opened up about her health struggles, telling People in 2021 that she secretly battled breast cancer after her 2014 diagnosis.

She has reportedly been in remission since 2022.
