Way back in 1999, Backstreet Boys ushered their fans into the 2000s with their timeless “Millennium” album.

A little over a quarter century later, the quintet will do the same thing all over again.

Nick Carter, Howie Dorough, AJ McLean, Brian Littrell and Kevin Richardson just announced they’re extending their ongoing Las Vegas Sphere ‘Into The Millennium’ residency into January.

As of now, the hitmakers have seven new shows lined up to close out 2025 and kick off 2026.

Their recently-added concert dates are:

Friday, Dec. 26

Saturday, Dec. 27

Sunday, Dec. 28

Tuesday, Dec. 30

Wednesday, Dec. 31

Friday, Jan. 2, 2026

Saturday, Jan. 3, 2026

These gigs follow the last six concerts remaining on the original extended leg of the residency. Those shows take place Aug. 15-17 and 22-24.

“OH MY GOD, WE’RE BACK AGAIN!” Backstreet Boys shared via Instagram. “We know we said we were done for this year, but that was before you guys sold out 21 nights at Sphere! So we worked hard to get some more shows scheduled to make sure everyone who wants to see the show can come to Vegas.”

At past performances, BSB has delivered 25-song sets, according to Set List FM. That includes the “Millennium” album in full as well as mega-hits “Everybody (Backstreet’s Back),” “Quit Playing Games (With My Heart),” “As Long As You Love Me,” “More Than That,” “The Call” and other fan favorites.

However, it’s not just the music that makes these shows so special. Sphere’s out-of-this-world’s visuals pay homage to and update Backstreet Boys’ throwback late ’90s aesthetic. There’s a “larger than life” flying spaceship as well as a glossy platform lifting the boy band high above the crowd and a catwalk that allows the guys to wander amongst the BSB army coupled with a nonstop barrage of images that wrap around Sphere.

“We were thrust into a living, breathing music video as the landscape shifted onscreen, the rocky terrain of a lone ice planet whizzing past our heads so realistically, one concertgoer ducked while another whooped,” Las Vegas Weekly rhapsodized about the live show.

Fans BSB Army can purchase tickets for all upcoming ‘Into the Millennium’ Sphere shows on sites like Vivid Seats; the official on-sale for the newly-added dates is Friday, Aug. 22.

Vivid Seats is a secondary market ticketing platform, and prices may be higher or lower than face value, depending on demand.

They have a 100% buyer guarantee that states your transaction will be safe and secure and will be delivered before the event.

Backstreet Boys new music

On Valentine’s Day this year, Backstreet Boys released the single “Hey.”

The emotionally charged track was originally written for the band’s 2019 album “DNA” but ultimately didn’t fit in with the album.

“We wanted to hold on to it and [then] this announcement happened, it was like, ‘Oh my gosh, what better way to present a brand-new song?’ So it turned out perfect,” Brian Littrell shared with The Today Show.

If you’d like to hear the guys’ latest heartbreaking bop, you can find “Hey” here.
