Lions receiver Amon-Ra St. Brown thought he could get off scot-free — but new video proved otherwise.

St. Brown was slapped with a $12,172 fine — but not suspended — for hitting Commanders defensive lineman Daron Payne during the Lions’ 44-22 win over Washington on Sunday, according to multiple reports.

Additionally, the NFL fined Washington defensive tackle Javon Kinlaw $28,555 for unsportsmanlike conduct for contact with an official.

Commanders linebacker Ale Kaho also got hit with a fine of $46,371 for use of the helmet amid all of the commotion.

Payne was initially ejected from Sunday’s contest for striking St. Brown after the Lions scored to take a 22-3 lead, with the wideout seen walking toward the 28-year-old in between plays.

The NFL also suspended Payne without pay for the Commanders’ Week 11 matchup in Madrid against the Dolphins despite a previous appeal from the defensive tackle.

Video released following the game, however, showed St. Brown hitting Payne on his helmet a few plays before the lineman’s punch.

St. Brown, 26, talked about the exchange during an episode of his podcast this week, saying that he did not intend to hit Payne in the face.

“I’m like what the f–k, so I hit him and he starts talking s–t,” St. Brown said on his podcast Wednesday. “And then I hit him again, and I accidentally hit him in … I didn’t even mean to jab him in the face, I just (meant) to like push him off, and it so happened that I hit him in the face.

“And at that point I was like ‘Damn, I shouldn’t have done that.’ Probably a flag, whatever. Ref was standing right there. He didn’t throw the flag, so that’s that.”
