There’s been a mantra in place since the moment Jets head coach Aaron Glenn walked in the door to try to fix this broken franchise — his broken franchise.

The message has called for improvement — from players and coaches alike — as the season progressed.

While there have been some minuscule signs of improvement from some players, there are signs that the rookie head coach is also following his own mantra on improvement.

Since the inexcusable loss to Denver in London — a defeat directly attributable to poor coaching decisions — thankfully, we haven’t seen more of that. Glenn’s in-game decision-making has been better.
