Dem Bums are back in the Bronx.
For the first time since they defeated the New York Yankees in the 2024 World Series, the Los Angeles Dodgers are visiting Yankee Stadium.
If you’d like to be there, the Pinstripes’ three-game series with Dave Roberts’ back-to-back World Series-winning club is slated to go down:
Friday, July 17
7:05 p.m.
Saturday, July 18
8:08 p.m.
Sunday, July 19
7:20 p.m.
As of now, fairly affordable last-minute tickets are still available for the high-profile showdown.
At the time of publication, the lowest price we could find on seats was $35 including fees on SeatGeek.
Prices start at $69 including fees for Saturday when Shohei Ohtani is expected to return for Los Angeles following his left knee irritation that caused him to skip the All-Star Game in Philadelphia.
Make sure to use promo code NYPOST10 for $10 off purchases over $250 at checkout (Editor’s Note: this discount is only valid for users’ first purchase on SeatGeek).
This post-All-Star Game series will kick off the second half of the 2026 season for the two elite clubs.
New York comes into the set sitting at 54-42 and in second place in the AL East, three games behind Tampa Bay. They’ve had a bit of a rocky start to the year flirting with bouts of greatness — ace Cam Schlittler and slugger Ben Rice have exceeded all expectations — and expected mid-season lulls.
In their review of the team, The Post gave GM Brian Cashman a “B” grade on the year thus far, writing “running it back looked like a great decision for two-plus months, then his roster got exposed by injuries and underperformance for the better part of June. What he does at the trade deadline will be key.”
The Yankees are facing Los Angeles at an inflection point for the typically dominant team. Prior to the break, the 61-36 Dodgers dropped three consecutive games to the Diamondbacks. Yes, they still have the best record in Major League Baseball but they may be particularly vulnerable at this moment in time.
“They outplayed us,” Roberts said. “They wanted it more than we did. They are a desperate team and they played hard and they fought for it. We have not played well for the last five or six games and every game is important.”
Don’t miss this series. We’re expecting a barnburner.

Yankees 2026 home game tickets
At the moment, Aaron Boone’s Yankees are sitting at 54-42 just three games behind the scrappy Tampa Bay Rays in the competitive AL East.
And, while that’s certainly exciting, we’re just as jazzed about all the amazing giveaways the team has planned for the rest of the year.
To make sure you’re fully up to speed on which games include special trinkets with your tickets (and Old-Timer’s Day!), here are all the remaining 2026 Yankees giveaways and special dates.
Note: Most freebies will be given to the first 18,000 fans. There are exceptions so make sure to arrive at the ballpark early.
