England and Ghana both recorded wins in their opening matches against Croatia and Panama, respectively, and sit atop the Group L leaderboard with three points each. As long as today’s match doesn’t end in a draw, one will punch its ticket to the knockouts.
England won its opener 4-2 thanks to goals from stars Marcus Rashford and Jude Bellingham and two goals from captain Harry Kane.

The winner of today’s match, if there is one, will have a spot in the Round of 32, but there’s a chance first place in the group could be determined today, too. If England wins today, combined with a Croatia win against Panama, the Three Lions would clinch Group L. A Ghana win plus a Panama win would put the Black Stars atop the group.
