Stephen A. Smith showed off his weight loss in quite an interesting way.

On Thursday morning’s edition of ESPN’s “First Take” in San Antonio, the host showed shirtless pictures of himself from both the COVID-19 pandemic and currently.

Smith first showed a picture of himself from four years ago where he said he was nearly fully diabetic with 29% body fat and almost had to be on medications for the rest of his life.

On Thursday morning’s segment of “First Take” in San Antonio, Stephen A. Smith flaunted a rareless shirtless picture while displaying his weight loss and health improvements from four years ago to now.

Later in the segment, he showed a current shirtless picture with a basketball in hand where he appeared noticeably leaner with 9% body fat.

“There’s so many people I have to thank,” Smith said. “My friend JJ Smith with nutrition and green smoothie drinks. To Gary Brecka, for 10x Health and now the ultimate human… he saved my life. To my trainer, Obi Obadike, I train like five or six days a week…”

On the same segment of First Take Thursday morning, Smith also gave Spurs fans a warning ahead of NBA Finals Game 2 Friday.

He warned that if San Antonio loses Friday at home, the Knicks will close out the series at Madison Square Garden in four games.

“Y’all better win [Friday night] or we ain’t coming back,” Smith said.

“I’m telling you, you better win tomorrow night.”

If New York takes care of business Friday in Game 2 and heads back home up 2-0, it could potentially close the series out next Wednesday in what’s expected to be a rowdy and packed Madison Square Garden.

The Knicks trailed the Spurs by 14 points in the third quarter of Game 1, but rallied back to win 105-95 behind Jalen Brunson’s heroics and gritty play from Josh Hart.

New York has won 12 straight playoff games and will look to make it 13 Friday at 8:30 p.m.
