Pete Crow-Armstrong will indeed be punished for his vulgar words toward a fan.

The Cubs center fielder has been fined for his graphic language during a heated interaction with a woman at Sunday’s 9-8 loss against the rival White South at Rate Field on the South Side of Chicago, ESPN’s Jesse Rogers reported.

The dollar amount for the fine was not disclosed.

Warning: Graphic language

A female fan in white said she was heckling Pete Crow-Armstrong on Sunday.

Crow-Armstrong went up for a play at the wall in the top of the fifth inning, failing to reel in what turned into a two-run double for the White Sox’s Miguel Vargas.

After Crow-Armstrong missed the ball, the female White Sox fan, standing inside the outfield wall with a chainlink covering, had a appeared to say “you suck” toward the Cubs star.

Crow-Armstrong mouthed back at the fan: “You suck my f–king d–k bitch.”

Crow-Armstrong was fined for the incident.

The fan told the Chicago Sun-Times that she was having her engagement party at the ballpark and had intended to rib Crow-Armstrong during the game.

“Our goal the entire time we planned this,’’ the woman, whose fiancé is a Cubs fan, said, “was we knew PCA was in center field and we’re like, we’re going to heckle him at some point. … Right when he was up at the fence, we’re like, ‘This is our prime opportunity, OK?’ “So we just got booing him. I said he sucked, and then he said words that I don’t want to repeat, you shouldn’t say to a woman. And then both my brothers were up there against the fence, too.’’

One day after the 9-8 loss, Crow-Armstrong apologized for what he said to the woman.

“I just regret my choice of words the most, and who that affects in my life directly and indirectly,” Crow-Armstrong told reporters on Monday. “I don’t think that any of the women in my life would ever think that I would use those kinda of words regularly, especially referring to them.

“So I’m just bummed out by the word choice and that a bunch of little kids go and probably find their way to social media and see that as well.”

Crow-Armstrong, the former Mets prospect who became a first-time All-Star in 2025, signed a six-year, $115 million extension in March.

He was hitting .229 with a .673 OPS in 48 games before Tuesday’s play.
