PORT ST. LUCIE — Carlos Beltran’s number is headed to the rafters at Citi Field.

The Hall of Fame outfielder will have his No. 15 retired this season during a ceremony, on a date still to be announced by the club, The Post has learned.

Beltran will also be inducted into the club’s Hall of Fame on that day.

The Mets originally planned a club Hall of Fame induction that included Beltran, Lee Mazzilli and Bobby Valentine.
