Lindsey Vonn is taking her recovery “one day a at time.”

On Thursday, the 41-year-old American alpine skier gave fans an inside look at her rehab journey in a new Instagram video that featured her doing a series of exercises roughly one month after a horrific crash at the 2026 Milan Cortina Winter Olympics.

In the clip, Vonn can be seen using a leg extension machine before pivoting to upper-body work with dumbbells.

She also utilized a medicine ball when focusing on her core before standing up from a wheelchair amid a left leg fracture.

“Definitely some hard times but still thankful… still working hard. The only goal is to get healthy. One day at a time,” Vonn wrote of the moment, adding the hashtag, “I can do this.”

It’s been a grueling few weeks for the three-time Olympic medalist, who ruptured her ACL on the eve of the Winter Games before crashing just 13 seconds into the women’s downhill event on Feb. 8.

She sustained a complex leg fracture and spent nearly two weeks in a Milan hospital before returning to the U.S.

Vonn has been chronicling her recovery on social media since the frightening incident, even disclosing her leg was nearly amputated.

“By far the most extreme and painful and challenging injury I’ve ever faced in my entire life, times 100,” Vonn said in late February.

Despite the challenges in front of her, both physical and emotional, Vonn is relying on inner strength to push her through.

“Home sweet home. Feels good to sleep in my own bed… but wheeling through the front door without Leo greeting me like always was a very hard reality. A reality I had to face. Along with many other hard realities that lay in front of me as I move forward….” Vonn wrote this week on Instagram, referencing the passing of her beloved dog Leo in February.

“I’m focused now on therapy and getting healthy. It’s going to be a hard and painful journey but I am putting all of my energy into it, like I always do.

“I’m going to take some time for myself. I’ll give you updates when I can but right now my focus is on taking care of myself.”
