Miami quarterback Carson Beck was given an icy welcome at the NFL combine on Saturday.

Beck, 23, was met with a barrage of boos from Hoosier fans when he walked out on the field at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis.

Despite the jeers, Beck was seemingly unbothered by it during his workout, and even seemed to smile it off.

The boos likely stem from Beck’s refusal to shake hands with Indiana quarterback Fernando Mendoza after Miami’s 27-21 loss to the Hoosiers in the College Football Playoff National Championship.

Beck’s final throw that game — and of his NCAA career — was intercepted by Hoosiers cornerback Jamari Shape, which ultimately sealed the win for Indiana.

“The guy made a really good play,” Beck told reporters following the loss. “They were in Cover 2 and he sunk with no flat threat and made a really good play on the ball. A lot of credit to them and their defense. They played really, really well.

“Obviously in the moment, you react and that’s what happened. He made a really good play on it. It sucks. It’s going to sting for a while.”

Beck was not the only QB who fell victim to boos from the NFL combine crowd, with Vanderbilt’s Diego Pavia getting the cold shoulder when shown on the big screen.

Pavia ripped Heisman Trophy voters in an Instagram post after finishing as the runner-up behind Mendoza.

“F-All THE VOTERS,” Pavia wrote on his Instagram story with a thumbs-down emoji in December, “BUT…..FAMILY FOR LIFE.”

Pavia later apologized for his comments, saying that he was “being disrespectful” and did not handle his emotions well.

“Being a part of the Heisman ceremony last night as a finalist was such an honor,” Pavia wrote on X. “As a competitor, just like in everything I do I wanted to win. To be so close to my dream and come up short was painful. I didn’t handle those emotions well at all and did not represent myself the way I wanted to.

“I have much love and respect for the Heisman voters and the selection process, and I apologize for being disrespectful. It was a mistake, and I am sorry.”
