The 2026 Winter Olympics are officially underway and for the next 15 days, the best of the best in the world will compete in 16 winter sports, from hockey and figure skating to alpine skiing and snowboarding.

As it has every Olympic year since 1988, NBC and its family of networks own broadcasting rights in the United States. With so much to watch, and a lot of it happening at the same time, the Peacock streaming service has become a go-to spot for Olympics coverage since its launch in 2020.

When we say you can watch everything on Peacock, we really mean everything. Over 3,000 hours of coverage will air between now and the closing ceremony on Feb. 22, including medal events, qualifiers, practice sessions, NBC’s primetime coverage and so much more.

Basically, if you want to watch the Olympics — and watch as much of it as possible — Peacock is about to become your most-used app and there’s a sneaky way to get two weeks of it for free. Keep reading for our favorite Peacock hack.
