The Breadman is headed to Southern California.

Artemi Panarin waived his no-move clause with the Rangers and accepted a trade to the Kings, The Post confirmed.

In exchange, the Blueshirts received Liam Greentree and a conditional third-round pick which can convey to a second-rounder if the Kings wins a playoff series. A 2028 fourth-round pick would be added if Los Angeles wins a second series.

The trade finally materialized right at the NHL’s 3 p.m. Olympic roster freeze on Wednesday after president and general manager Chris Drury informed Panarin the Rangers would not be extending him on Jan. 16. In conjunction with that decision, the organization announced its plans to retool the roster.

The Kings were the only team Panarin wanted to go to, shrinking a market already complicated by his no-trade clause. The sides are working on an extension, per insider Pierre LeBrun.

Panarin had been held out of the previous three Rangers games to protect against injury.

Over his seven season in New York, Panarin proved to be one of the greatest free-agent signings in franchise history.

His 607 points (205 goals and 402 assists) in 482 games count as the ninth most in team history, while his 1.26 points per game average is the best the organization has ever seen.

Greentree, the No. 26 pick in the 2024 NHL Draft, has posted 23 goals and 45 points in 34 games for OHL Windsor.
