Poor Jenny from the Block just wanted to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and all she got in return was a savage roasting from fans online.

The singer took to X to wish her fans well during the festive season, captioning a mirror selfie with a simple: “Merry Christmas one and all!”

In the snap, the 56-year-old star wears a red sparkling number with a plunging neckline to show off some of her best assets.

She completed the look with semi-natural make-up, her hair pulled back with a matching sparkly bow and some blingy jewels.

It was a cute moment that was hijacked by fans who couldn’t help but bring up the elephant in the room – the picture was photoshopped.

No, the picture was photoshopped… badly.

If you look closely at the star’s hand holding her orange iPhone, you’ll see that the device is weirdly bent, suggesting that the image has obviously been altered.

One person kicked off the conversation with: “Why is your iPhone doing Bend It Like Beckham?”

“I can’t unsee that curved iPhone,” another commented.

And the brutal comments kept coming – some even getting a little too personal.

“Getting poor at the filter game in your old age JLo,” someone slammed.

“Filters gone rogue,” another added.

While some poked fun at the warped pic and crowned her the “Xmas flopqueen”, others took the time to warn the star that she doesn’t need to add any filters to her images because she’s beautiful as is.

“I love you, girl. But you’ve got to double check for unintended distortion in any photo you edit – before posting,” someone cautioned.

But, what if all these comments were the Latina singer’s plan all along?

Some fans suggested that the far-from-perfect image might’ve been intentional – to encourage engagement on the star’s profile.

“The way your phone bends gives away obvious airbrushing, FaceTune, Photoshop, etc. This could be intentional engagement bait, or maybe Jenny from the block is approaching the event horizon of a supermassive black hole at non-relativistic speed,” someone shared.

Another joked: “Still thirst trapping after all these years.”

JLo thrilled fans when she flashed her six-pack abs in a very tiny bra and G-string ahead of her big return to Vegas.

In a short clip posted on Instagram, she can be seen gyrating to her 90s hit song Play in her revealing outfit.
