A potential preview of the postseason is going down at SoFi Stadium tonight.

At 8:20 p.m. ET, the NFC South-leading Tampa Bay Buccaneers visit the Los Angeles Rams, who sit atop the NFC West with an 8-2 record.

While both teams appear playoff-bound, they have had different trajectories these past few weeks.

Matthew Stafford’s Mob Squad has tallied five wins in a row including impressive victories against their divisional rivals, the 49ers and Seahawks. Meanwhile, Baker Mayfield’s have dropped their past two contests to the Patriots and Bills.

“…we want to make sure we’re sound and we’re taking care of everything we gotta take care of first, then we worry about the other stuff” Bucs head coach Todd Bowles said in a press conference.

Also, of note, the Rams will honor Aaron Donald at this game. The Super Bowl champion defensive tackle spent his whole career with the team from 2014-23.
