HERTFORDSHIRE, England — The NFL trading deadline is Nov. 4 and there is already speculation about who on the Jets might be dealt.

One name that came up consistently in the spring in trade rumors and is coming up again is running back Breece Hall. On Friday, Hall was asked about the possibility of being traded.

“This is probably like my fifth month dealing with this now. At this point, it is what it is,” Hall said. “I’m here. I want to be here. I love being a New York Jet and everything. But at the end of the day, I don’t control what goes on. I only control what I do on the field and how I handle my business off the field.”

Hall is scheduled to be a free agent in March, and it is a question whether the Jets will try to re-sign him. That will lead to the speculation that running-back needy teams might be willing to trade for him.

But the Jets would be thin at running back if they dealt him. Braelon Allen is expected to miss 2-3 months with his knee injury.

Against the Cowboys, Hall had a costly fumble that he is trying to bounce back from.

“I was mad about it. Obviously, I don’t want it to happen,” Hall said. “I’m not trying to be out there and fumble the ball. But the dude made a really good play. It’s not the end of the world. Life goes on. Just got to look forward to coming out this next week and playing well.”

Jets coach Aaron Glenn remains optimistic that the Jets can turn this season around after starting 0-5.

“Every day, that’s all I think about — how do we get us a win so we get this thing going right?” Glenn said. “That’s all we need. We just need one. Once we get one, we’ll get this thing going right where we need to. I understand everything that’s been going on with us but I have all the confidence in the world that we’ll get this thing going.”

Glenn said he sees positives despite the record.

“There are some foundational things that I see us building right now that no one else sees,” Glenn said. “That’s OK because everybody sees 0-5. That’s going to change and the foundation is going to be stable. We’re going to start winning and everything is going be just fine. I do know that.”

CB Brandon Stephens (neck) was added to the injury report Friday and is questionable for Sunday’s game. RB/KR Kene Nwangwu (hamstring) will play.
