“The Official Release Party of a Show Girl,” the film that celebrates the debut of Taylor Swift’s new album, was queen of the box office on Friday, enjoying earnings of $15.8 million for its opener, according to The Numbers.

The film is being distributed by AMC Theatres from Oct. 3 to Oct. 5, and features behind-the-scenes footage, along with the pop star’s personal reflections on the new titles in her 12th album, “The Life of a Showgirl,” which was also released on Friday.

Swift’s flick, which The Guardian called a “lazy big screen cash-in,” is expected to take in as much as $30 million in total through Sunday.

The Leonardo DiCaprio-led “One Battle After Another,” which was No. 1 at the box office last Friday, dropped to second, with sales of $3.3 million.

The biographical sports drama “The Smashing Machine,” where Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson plays two-time UFC heavyweight champion and MMA pioneer Mark Kerr, came in third, with earnings of just over $2.7 million.

The Post called the film Johnson’s “deepest, most nuanced and respectable work to date.”
