So what if a berth in the College Football Playoff is on the line when No. 2 Ohio State faces No. 5 Michigan?
Who cares if No. 7 Oklahoma State against No. 10 Oklahoma feels destined to come down to the final possession?
If a Giants fan or Jets fan thinking about the 2022 NFL Draft only watches one college football team this week, it should be No. 16 Texas A&M, which faces LSU at 7 p.m. Saturday on ESPN.
With two picks each in the first round, the Jets (currently at No. 2 and No. 6 in the draft order) and the Giants (No. 5 and No. 8) could dictate the top of the draft with their selections or by fielding trade-down offers. And, with as many as four first-round prospects listed in some mock drafts, Texas A&M could be the surprise school called most often at the top of the draft.
